How do deposits work?
Deposits are processed securely through Stripe. Funds are added to your wallet immediately after payment is confirmed.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawals are processed manually and typically take 1-3 business days.
What happens if I lose a contract?
If you fail to complete a contract, your deposit goes to the winner (minus platform fee) or is split between charity and platform if both participants fail.
Can I get a refund?
Deposits are generally non-refundable. However, if both participants complete all contract days, deposits are returned in full.
